Text of the An Act to direct the Secretary of Agriculture to convey certain National Forest System lands in the state of Nevada, and for other purposes
Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey certain lands to the county of Douglas Nevada in exchange for certain lands to be conveyed by the county to the Secretary. Requires the county to construct a warehouse on the lands it conveys and directs that such lands be added to the Toiyabe National Forest.

- [Note 1] An Act (like An Act to direct the Secretary of Agriculture to convey certain National Forest System lands in the state of Nevada, and for other purposes) or a resolution cannot become a law in the United States until it has been approved (passed) in identical form by both the House of Representatives and the Senate, as well as signed by the President (but see (5)).
